# SOC Monitor

> SOC Monitor checks small-business websites for the problems that quietly take them offline (expiring domains and certificates, blocklists, injected code), explains each one in plain English with a written fix, and fixes it for a price agreed first. It is built and run by Md Jewele Islam in Bogra, Bangladesh. The first month is free, with no card.

SOC Monitor opened to new customers in October 2026 and has no customer reviews yet. It is not a firewall and does not block attacks; it is meant to sit alongside tools like Cloudflare, Wordfence or UptimeRobot.

## What it checks, and how often

- Does the site load, and how fast: every 5 minutes. Alert the moment it stops answering, and again when it is back.
- The security (TLS) certificate: every 5 minutes. Warned weeks before it runs out, and straight away if browsers stop trusting it.
- Security settings in the site's responses (HSTS, framing protection and others): every 5 minutes. Which ones are missing and the exact line to add.
- The page itself (injected scripts, hidden spam links, a defaced homepage, frames from unknown sites): every hour.
- Blocklists (Spamhaus, SpamCop, Barracuda, and VirusTotal's security vendors): twice a day.
- Domain registration expiry and registrar: once a day.
- Server monitoring (optional): a small agent on a Linux server reports server health, SSH sign-ins, access logs, slow database queries and an attack map.

Works on any website: WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, custom-built. Nothing is installed on the website. The website checks are the same public requests a visitor's browser makes: no port scans, no attempts to break in.

## The free website check

Enter a website address at https://soc.mdjewele.com/audit. In under a minute it returns a graded report: whether the homepage loads and how fast, the certificate, the security settings in the response, the page source for injected content, the domain's registration date, the server's IP on three major blocklists, and VirusTotal's verdict on the domain. Anything that could not be checked is reported as "could not check", never as fine. Each finding comes with how to fix it.

## Prices (USD)

- Free trial: $0 for 30 days, 1 website, everything above. No card. The 30 days start when the account is approved.
- Website monitoring: $10 per website per month. Alerts by email, a shareable status page, reports.
- Website monitoring, yearly: $99 per website per year (paid upfront for 12 months).
- Agencies: $10 a site for 1-9 sites, $7 a site from 10 sites, $5 a site from 50 sites, per month, one invoice to the agency. No white-label dashboard yet.
- Server monitoring: $100 per server per month.
- Website Care (WordPress websites only): $49 per website per month, or $490 per website per year. A person does monthly WordPress, plugin and theme updates (checked afterwards), daily backups kept off the hosting for 30 days and test-restored monthly, a security baseline at the start and a monthly report, with the monitoring included. One free hack cleanup per site per 12 months, up to 4 technician hours (more is quoted): on the monthly plan after 3 consecutive paid months, on the yearly plan after the first 30 days; before that, a cleanup is quoted at 50% off standard labour. An infection that exists before the plan starts is cleaned first as a separate quoted job. Terms: https://soc.mdjewele.com/terms#care
- Server Care: $149 per server per month, or $1,490 per server per year. Website Care for one WordPress website on the server plus server monitoring, security updates, hardening and daily server backups; each extra WordPress website $49 per month. Same free-cleanup rules as Website Care. Needs root access.
- Care plan hours: every day, Sunday included, 10:00-22:00 Bangladesh time; first reply within 1 day; within 4 working hours for a site that is down or hacked. Alerts go out around the clock.
- Fix work: quoted per job. A fixed price is agreed before anything starts. If we can't fix it, you don't pay.
- Development and bug fixing (WordPress, PHP and Laravel, Node.js, Python and Django, server setup): quoted per job after looking at it. A fixed price is agreed before anything starts.

Billing is by invoice: the customer asks, the operator confirms, the customer pays. Online card payment is not set up yet. No contract; cancel any time. When the free month ends, monitoring pauses and history is kept. Every new account is approved by hand so nobody can point the checks at a website they do not own.

## What it does not do

- It does not block attacks (no firewall).
- It does not promise a site will never be hacked; it promises quick notice of the signs.
- It does not scan ports or try to break in.
- No phone support or 24/7 team: support is by email, from the operator.
- No white-label for agencies yet.
