Prices for monitoring, care plans and fixes
In US dollars. Billing is by invoice: you ask, I confirm, you pay. Card payment isn't set up, so nothing is ever charged automatically.

Monitoring pays for watching. Carrying out a fix is separate, and only if you ask.
Website Care
$49 a site a month, or $490 a site a year
For WordPress sites only. A person looks after the site each month, so you don't have to think about it, and if it's hacked while on the plan, the cleanup is covered within the limits here.
Each month we
- Update WordPress, its plugins and its theme, and check your key pages afterwards
- Keep daily backups away from your hosting for 30 days, and test-restore one
- Re-check the security settings we set up when you joined
- Send you a short report of what we did and found
Website monitoring is included. If an update we made breaks something, we fix it at no charge.
The free cleanup, and its limits
- One cleanup per site in any 12 months, up to 4 hours of work. If it needs more, we tell you and quote the rest first.
- On a monthly plan it starts after 3 paid months in a row. On a yearly plan, after the first 30 days.
- Before then, a hack is cleaned at 50% off our normal labour.
- We check the site before the plan starts. If it's already infected, cleaning it is a separate quoted job first.
Hours
Every day, Sunday included, 10:00 to 22:00 Bangladesh time (UTC+6). First reply within 1 day. If your site is down or hacked, within 4 hours when you report it in those hours, or by 14:00 Bangladesh time the next morning if you report it overnight.
What it isn't
A care plan lowers the chance of a hack and makes recovery quicker. It doesn't prevent hacks, and nobody can honestly say otherwise. It isn't a firewall.
Server Care
$149 a server a month, or $1,490 a server a year. Includes Website Care for one WordPress site on your Linux server, plus server monitoring, security updates and daily server backups. Each extra WordPress site is $49 a month. Needs root access. Same cleanup rules.
Fixes and development
Quoted per job
There's no "from" price, because I can't honestly name one before looking. You get a fixed price in writing. Nothing starts unless you accept. If we can't fix it, you don't pay.
Cancelling
Monthly: cancel any time by telling me, no contract. The month you're in isn't refunded, and monitoring runs until it ends.
Yearly: cancel any time and I refund the unused part by the days left.
A late payment doesn't stop website monitoring. Server monitoring pauses until it's paid. Nothing is deleted. Full terms.
