Website fixes and development. A fixed price before any work starts.

I run this with a small team. We take on cleanups, bug fixes and new builds for websites and web apps.

What we take on

Hacked WordPress sites
Spam pages in Google, redirects to strange places, a browser warning, a host threatening to suspend you. We remove what we find, close the way in we find, and ask Google and blocklists to review the site once it's clean.
WordPress errors
The critical error screen after an update, a plugin fight, a white page, checkout that stopped working.
PHP and Laravel
Bugs in an app someone else wrote, an upgrade that broke things, a job queue that stopped running.
Node.js
A crashing API, a build that no longer works, a slow endpoint.
Python and Django
Tracebacks in production, migrations gone wrong, an old project that needs moving forward.
Server setup and server trouble
A new Linux server set up properly, or an existing one that's misbehaving: nginx, certificates, a service that keeps dying.
Whatever the free check found
A certificate that isn't renewing, a domain problem, missing security headers. Each finding has a written fix, and you're welcome to do it yourself.
Something new
Custom development for websites and web apps. Tell me what you want built.

There's no price list here, on purpose

The same "site is down" can be ten minutes or three days. I can't honestly name a number until we've looked, so every fix and every build is quoted per job.

  1. You tell me what's wrong. The address, what's happening, when it started.
  2. We look at it and send a fixed price and what it covers, in writing.
  3. You decide. Nothing starts and nothing is charged unless you accept.
  4. If it turns out bigger than quoted, we stop and ask. The price you accepted doesn't go up without your agreement.
  5. If we can't fix it, you don't pay.

Access and passwords

Don't put passwords in the form or in an email. If a job needs access, we agree how after you've accepted the quote. You can remove it as soon as the work is done.

What I can't promise

Nobody can honestly promise a hack won't happen again. We tell you the way in we found and how to close it. If you want someone looking after a WordPress site every month, that's Website Care.

When we reply

We work every day, Sunday included, 10:00 to 22:00 Bangladesh time (UTC+6). Replies happen in those hours.
